I seldom hear people talk about their future too much ahead of time. And rarely do i hear them talk about their purpose of existence. It seems like the question "what is my reason for living?" isn't necessarily something that bothers us. Surprisingly, I would have to think about the answer to that question NOW. To tell you honestly, only one thing enters my mind which is possibly the most reasonable answer I can give-FAMILY. Yes, all of us have one. I can't deny the fact that my family was and will always be my strength for living. They've always been there for me through it all. Thus, my purpose would be not to return the favor but to make something better out of it. Ü
When help is needed, they were always there, assuring me that everything will fall into place. Though that's usually the "normal case", I can't forget the reality that all of us in the family have enough problems to deal with. My mom has hers. My mom and dad as a couple has theirs. My brother is of no exception. My problems compared to theirs would have to be really shallow and easier to deal with. But then with the little time they had, they still spend it with helping me with the things crowding my mind. Right; They give me the strength they have. It's time for me to give them twice of what I've got. In layman's terms, my purpose in life would be to give them strength whenever they feel like everything had turned upside down, whenever they feel like carrying the world on their shoulders, and whenever they think that nothing could possibly get worse. I want to show them that they gave me enough strength already and for them to know, though just in simple ways, that what they tell me is true- That No, giving up is not an answer... and Yes, everything will fall into place. The strength I want to give them would be for our bond as a family. I want us to be together for as long as possible, and to be there for each other when the time comes.
ABOUT THE IMAGE: "barley" would be the nearest thing I can symbolize myself to. actually, it would be what I want myself and my family to be compared to. It's just because of the story my grandma told me when I was still a kid; The fact that barleys bend in the wind but stays in its place. If the wind would be the obstacles in life, then the barley can symbolize strength and endurance. They don't get uprooted, they just bend with the wind and when the time comes for the wind to stop, they remain planted and still standing... TOGETHER.Ü

i my me mine

So, Hi. :) This was actually created as a requirement for English class back in Third Year (High School of course.) Oh, about that--please forgive whatever errors you can find in the posts. :> I have no intention of editing them again.I think they remind me more of my previous self (lol. I sound like someone who got reincarnated. Oh well.)
ps. I'm presently living HERE
